The SFK Foundation officially launched its second national fundraising initiative, "Study Fund Konnect Activities," in June 2024. Having obtained its Permit to Solicit (DSWD-SB-SP-00023-2024) from the Department of Social Welfare and Development, this campaign aims to raise funds to support the monthly stipends of 38 scholars and provide enriching activities that promote their academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth.
Building on the success of the first fundraising project in 2022, which helped SFK secure local funding from donors and companies, the current campaign will run until February 2025. Funds raised from the previous project were used to finance a team-building event for the scholars in January 2024.
